The Here For Each Other staff wellbeing service is closing at the end of March 2024. We regret that we cannot accept any new referrals at this time. However, we would be happy to offer a one-off triage and signposting consultation until end of March 2024.

WellNet is a wellbeing archive containing event recordings, videos, podcasts and articles on topics like Menopause, Managing stress, Sleep, Men's Health, Mindfulness and much more.

For one-to-one psychological support, contact your local wellbeing service (such as Steps2Wellbeing) or the Employee Assistance Programme within your organisation. See also our employer support page for more information on how your employer can support your wellbeing.

Flash Online Staff Support
