Mindfulness means being present in the moment with kindness. Regular practice can help us not only restore our mental energy but also act as a boost as we take time to recharge our batteries. In this short session, we will guide a 20-minute mindfulness meditation followed by some optional sharing.
These weekly mindfulness sessions will be delivered by our Health and Wellbeing Coach, Robert Gebka. Robert is a published author and Qualified Mindfulness MBSR Teacher and has been teaching mindfulness for over 20 years. He is accredited with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society as well as the British Association of Mindfulness-based Approaches.
