Strengthening Personal Resilience Resource Enhancement (G-REP)
Join our monthly 1-hour sessions to help you strengthen your personal resilience through Resource Enhancement (G-REP).

Based on EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) principles, Resource Enhancement is a psychological intervention aiming to strengthen our connection to our internal resources and strengths. By doing this, we are able to enhance our capacity to process disturbing or stressful life events, which in turn, increases our overall resilience.

Join our Assistant Psychologist, Laura Matthews, for 1-hour of Resource Enhancement. These sessions run every month for individuals who have been through a difficult time or equally for those who are simply open to improving their health and wellbeing by strengthening their personal resilience. The sessions are not part of a course so you can come along to as many as you like.

Important to Note

During the session, we will utilise a worksheet (please download below and print) to guide you through the intervention. Please have the worksheet to hand in the session and come equipped with pens/pencils so that you can participate fully in the session.
