An interactive wellbeing workshop to enable you to maintain a healthy work-life balance, recognising that increased productivity and resilience is enabled when people are supported to be happier both at work as well as in their personal lives.
The session will explore the basics of mindful self-compassion and introduce you to practical and easy, evidence-based mindful self-compassion techniques within your work setting, enabling the possibility for a greater sense of wellbeing and personal resilience.
A randomised, controlled trial demonstrated that Mindful Self-compassion training significantly increased self-kindness, compassion for others, mindfulness, and life satisfaction, as well as decreased depression, anxiety and stress. Improvements were linked to how much a person practiced mindfulness and self-compassion in their daily lives.
