Important Update on Referrals for 1:1 Psychological Support
Unfortunately, the service is closing to psychological referrals (including counselling) at the end of the March 2023. Therefore, we have regrettably suspended referrals to our service for 1:1 psychological therapy.
Please be assured that anyone currently under our care or on our waiting list will receive support as planned. Our new service will be offering wellbeing coaching to individuals and teams working with Primary Care and Care Homes.
WellNet will remain available and accessible to all staff to support you with self-help resources during this period.
Staff seeking support should get in touch with their in-house staff wellbeing team using the following contact information and channels:
Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole Council
Please send an email to learninganddevelopment@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Please note that Here For Each Other is not a crisis or rapid response service. If your referral is an emergency, please speak to the Crisis Team at Connection, who are available 24/7, as they will be able to support you with safe and friendly professional advice. Call Connection on 0800 652 0190 or via NHS 111.
- If you would like to refer yourself, a team member or a whole team to the Wellbeing Hub for physiotherapy support, please call 01202 130130.
Referrals are monitored, and the phone line is staffed from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. An initial assessment will take place within two weeks of acknowledging your referral.
