I work in a Primary Care Network or Care Provider setting

Team Member Referral
- Refer a colleague or team member referral using our dedicated team member referral form. Once we receive the referral, we will reach out to your colleague directly to discuss their wellbeing journey.
- Refer your whole team using our dedicated team referral form. Our confidential and streamlined referral process will help you to provide us with essential information about your team's wellbeing needs and preferences. Once we receive the referral, we will promptly reach out to coordinate the next steps and tailor our services to your team's unique requirements.
Once your referral form has been received, we will consider your referral as a team and get in touch with you within one week. This will be to offer you an initial assessment or to signpost you to a service that we feel may be better suited to your needs at this time.
If you are unsure if coaching or team support may be suitable for you at this time, please see our offering page for further information.
I do not work in a Primary Care Network or Care Provider setting, but within a health and social service in Dorset
The Here For Each Other staff wellbeing service is unable to provide 1:1 support to staff working outside the Primary Care Network or Care Provider setting in Dorset. However, WellNet offers self-help resources and online events, which are open to all staff working within the wider NHS or Council services across Dorset.
If you wish to access further support, please see our employer support page for details on how your employer can support your wellbeing.
